AUSTRALIAN BEEF COMPANY has developed a Quality Assurance programme based on the Foods Standards Code (Aust.NZ) system, and acknowledges the compliance with legislation, The Controlling Authority (NSW) Food Production Safety Requirements, the NSW Trade Measurement requirements and accepted lists of Chemical Compounds for use in registered establishments.  All of this which ensures the high standards of hygiene and wholesomeness of the products are maintained.

Australian Beef Company management are committed to ensuring that processes occur in the correct manner to produce products that satisfy the customer’s needs and meet legal requirements.

Staff are trained in personal hygiene, proper processing techniques, cleaning practices and use of the Food Safety Manual.  All staff are encouraged to contribute to its development and management.
